Awake offers a free sample with every purchase. You may choose your free sample at check out when you're logged into your account. Please note that while we make our best effort to deliver you the sample you chose, samples can change at any time and are subject to availability.


How do I place a return or exchange?

Awake will gladly accept returns on AwakeBeauty.com orders within 30 days unless the item is marked as final sale. Please see our returns & exchanges page for complete information we only accept returns for items purchased through www.AwakeBeauty.com. If you purchased an Awake item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.


Does Awake ship internationally?

Yes! Awake ships to over 200+ countries. See here for more details.


How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your AwakeBeauty.com account and select “Order History” on the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to info@awakebeauty.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.


Do you test on animals?

Awake is a cruelty-free skincare and cosmetics line and we never test on animals.


Are your products gluten-free?

One of our brand Promises is Purity. Never will we ever... formulate with parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, petrolatum, gluten, BHT, triclosan, sodium lauryl sulfate, or synthetic fragrances. Awake cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in an allergen-free environment.


Are your products vegan?

Many of our products are vegan! At the bottom of every product page on AwakeBeauty.com there is an ingredient listing where you can find the ingredients to the products you're interested in. Awake cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in an allergen-free environment.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders to the US & PR, standard shipping is free on orders of $40+ and for orders under $40 shipping is $6. For international orders, Awake cosmetics ships to over 200+ countries and standard shipping is free with purchases that meet the country-specific minimum. See our International FAQ page for full details.

How will my order be shipped?

For orders to the US, standard shipping uses DHL, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Smartpost (the package will ship via FedEx and be delivered by your local USPS) and your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase. You may pay extra for expedited shipping. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can only be sent via DHL or Fed Ex standard shipping. Awake Beauty does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options are listed at check out. How long will it take to ship?

For orders to the US & PR, your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase. All orders, placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. Yes, Awake does ship to APO boxes and military addresses. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 30 or more days.

Placing an order

How do I order online?

1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product, shade and quantity, choose "add to bag."
2. Your total order amount will appear in your shopping bag, where you can click on "View Bag & Continue Shopping" to view the items in your cart.
3. When you press check out simply log in to your account (if you have one) or fill out the required shipping and billing information and press submit order.
4. We'll process your order within 1-2 business days; you get an immediate e-mail that confirms your order.

What credit cards do you accept?

For US orders, AwakeBeauty.com accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. For International orders we only accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal and PayPal International where applicable. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.

The product I want is out of stock, what happens now?

If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. You can sign up to be notified via email when a product is back in stock on the product page.

I haven't received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?

How much is the sales tax?

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - WI, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, AZ, MA, MD, VA, NV, VT, LA, OK and all provinces in Canada. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping/handling charges (as required). Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.

What are Awake's guidelines for international products?

All ingredients and finished formulas Awake uses are tested and based on US FDA requirements before being imported to the US. We only work with highly reputable laboratories and factories that meet the strictest GMP standards, which is an international grading scale for cleanliness and the environment for workers that abide by a strict code of standards. We also test each product ourselves to match our quality standards. Additionally, we are an approved PETA participant; they have audited our non-animal testing procedures.
